Shipping Information

Every Cowgirl Cuff is handcrafted, assembled, and packaged in Belle Fourche, South Dakota.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and seasonal shipping volume.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing tracking information.

If you have not received your tracking email within a few days of placing your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with Cowgirl Cuff.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned in original condition.

  • Items must be free from misuse or excessive wear.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value may be deducted from the refund amount.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

We'll work with you to make it right.

Because each piece is individually created, slight variations in finish, color, texture, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handmade products and are not considered defects.
